Internal browning in apples
Internal browning in apples may occur, in the orchard and after harvest. And some apple varieties are more sensitive to it than others.
Various factors can cause internal browning in apples; pre-harvest, such as climate, soil quality and maturity of the apple and post-harvest, such as storage.
